Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. The email will detail the shipping rates and you will need to confirm you'd like to proceed.  The package will be shipping within 2-3 business days from the date of payment.

Lit Scents is not responsible for lost/stolen packages. If your package is damaged, please contact litscentsyow@gmail.com as soon as you can with a photo of the damage to qualify for a replacement. 

Shipping Carriers

We use different carriers for our shipping, from Canada Post, Canpar, UPS, and others. Who we choose depends on where the order is going and whether you chose standard or express.

Local pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 17B Woodvale Green, Ottawa, ON, K2G 4H1.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

You are welcome to pick up at your own convenience! Timing can be arranged via email.
